Keena S. Strickland joined The Blue Ridge Companies in April 2003 as Receptionist. Over the next two years Keena’s responsibilities expanded to include serving as administrative assistant to senior management, assisting the property manager with day-to-day operations for Lakeside Centre and several industrial properties, and processing accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Keena obtained her Affiliate Broker’s License in July 2005 and in August 2005 she was promoted to Assistant Property Manager. Her responsibilities consisted of tenant and vendor relations, processing tenant service calls, invoice approval, maintaining property service contracts, assisting with tenant move-ins and move-outs and also construction management of new office buildings developed by Blue Ridge Development, LLC.

Keena was promoted to Property Manager in 2009 and oversees the daily operations of Brookview Town Centre and Two Lakeside Centre, two of Blue Ridge Companies’ most prestigious Class A commercial office properties. She is pursuing her Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), is a member of the local IREM Chapter #57 and a current member of the Knoxville Board of Realtors. Keena also serves on the Board for the Public Building Authority of the County of Knox and the City of Knoxville, TN.

Keena holds a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Political Science with a minor in Environmental Health from East Tennessee State University.

In her spare time, Keena enjoys spending time with her daughter Keeleigh. They are active members of Second Presbyterian Church in Knoxville.
