Konda Williamson joined Blue Ridge Realty, Inc. in August 2004.  She obtained her affiliate broker’s license in 1984 and has been actively involved in commercial real estate since that time.  Prior to joining Blue Ridge Realty, Konda worked at Triad Development, FMP Weissco, Inc., and Wood Properties, Inc. in various Commercial Property Management positions including marketing, customer relations and leasing as well as Property Manager.

Konda is a current member of the Knoxville Board of Realtors, International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and the East Tennessee Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).  She has earned the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) through IREM and is a past president for IREM’s East Tennessee Chapter.

Outside of work, she is a wine enthusiast and enjoys traveling, scuba diving, hiking, and most outdoor activities.  She also enjoys Bible study and is an active member of Cedar Springs Presbyterian Church.
