Zak Stinnett grew up in Knoxville and is a graduate of Bearden High School. He has over 20 years of experience in residential construction and remodeling as well as commercial construction. Over the years he and his company specialized in custom carpentry, moldings, mantles, cabinetry and freestanding radius staircases built in many of Knoxville’s upper echelon multi-million dollar homes.

Zak joined the Blue Ridge Realty team in 2013 and quickly discovered what a fantastic and special group of individuals comprise the Blue Ridge family, as well as the many unique and awesome tenants they have. As the maintenance supervisor, Zak strives to uphold the same level of knowledgeable, courteous and timely service and assistance to every tenant or the task at hand, and looks forward to maintaining and improving upon all the many amazing Blue Ridge properties for many years to come.

In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife Tiffany, their two dogs Jackson and Jet as well as their son Dylan who currently lives in Atlanta. Zak is also a huge fan of Tennessee Vol football and basketball and follows them closely. He has also been playing drums since he was 5 years old, and has played semi-professionally since he was 12. He also plays guitar and bass and stays active writing and performing music in several different projects when time allows.
